Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy 

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please read our returns, refunds, and exchanges policy below for instructions on how to return, exchange, or request a refund for your items.

Faulty Items 

If you've received a faulty item, please contact us immediately and provide us with photos of the damage/fault. If the item is deemed as damaged/faulty we will either replace it or refund you. Please contact us at info@leashnloungeco.co.nz. 

 

Returns Guidelines

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your items. Any returns requested after this time period may be rejected. Please first email us at info@leashnloungeco.co.nz  to inform us that you are returning an item, and your desired outcome (eg: what product you would like to exchange it for, or if you'd like a store credit etc). We ask that you send us the tracking number so we know when to expect your return.
  • Your item(s) must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached, unused, unwashed, and free from stains. If the item(s) appear used, we will not issue a credit or exchange. If you have tried an item on your pet and its not the right fit, it is up to you to ensure all pet fur is removed from the item before sending it back. All items must be in resellable condition.
  • The buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for both the return and the exchange for a different size or product.
  • For your protection, please ensure all returns are shipped via a tracked courier service. We are unable to issue refunds for items that go missing during return transit.
  • When returning items, please include a copy of your invoice with the return.
  • We do not offer credit or exchanges for items returned due to a change of mind. Please make your selections thoughtfully.

Sale Items

  • All sale items are considered final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for them. Please select items carefully. 

Please note that refunds are typically issued for products that are deemed faulty. In all other cases, we will offer store credit as an alternative.
